Responsible adult account
The master account must be created and managed by a responsible adult using accurate information. The responsible adult controls child profiles, devices and listening settings and must keep account credentials and invitation links private.
Family licence
An active membership provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use AB Kids within the registered family and its permitted named devices. Content may not be copied, extracted, redistributed, publicly performed, resold or used to create another service unless AB Kids gives written permission.
Paid membership and automatic renewal
Family Monthly is $29.99 AUD per month and Family Annual is $290.00 AUD per year. Each begins with a seven-day free trial after PayPal payment authorisation. Unless the responsible adult cancels beforehand, the selected plan renews automatically and PayPal charges the authorised payment method at the displayed interval.
Cancellation
The responsible adult may stop automatic renewal from the AB Kids family account or through PayPal. A cancellation request does not refund or shorten an access period already provided: family access continues until the displayed trial or paid-period end date and then stops. Contact hello@abkids.media if the online cancellation control is unavailable.
Payment problems, receipts and refunds
PayPal provides payment records and receipts. AB Kids may pause access after a failed or reversed payment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact hello@abkids.media with the responsible adult’s account email and payment date for billing or refund assistance; do not include information about a child.
Sponsored access
Institution-sponsored access is funded for a defined programme period and does not require a family payment card. Invitations are single-use, may not be sold or shared publicly, and remain subject to programme dates and available licences. Families may choose a personal membership after sponsorship ends.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, expose protected media links, automate account creation, interfere with the service, use another family’s access, or use AB Kids in an unlawful or harmful way.
Availability and changes
Catalogue items and features may change for safety, rights, quality, maintenance or operational reasons. AB Kids may restrict access where needed to protect families, rights holders or the service.
